Funky Design Tools

✺ Roadmap ✺

Where these tools go next.

Funky exists to take the repetitive jobs off your desk: the same crop forty times, the same logo on every image, the same export settings you build again every Monday. This page is an honest look at what already does that, what is being worked on, and what is still just an idea.

A date only appears when there is one worth keeping, so nothing here carries one yet. A section with nothing real in it is left out rather than padded.

Up next

Planned, and not started yet.

  • Upscaler

Enhance a few precious photos, right in your browser.

  • Signature Maker

Bulletproof email signatures that match the brand.

Exploring

Ideas being weighed. Nothing promised, nothing started.

  • Send a file straight to the next tool

Finish in one tool and carry the result into the next, instead of downloading it and dropping it back in. Still being weighed: worth building only if it is genuinely simpler than the round trip it replaces.

  • Take a workspace with you

Saving your setup as a file you could open on another machine or in a different browser. Saves live on your own device by design, so moving one elsewhere needs careful thought before anything gets built.

  • More control in Campaign Maker

A custom colour you can add to a kit, a size control for the logo stamp, previews grouped by platform, and a way to nudge the title, button and fade on a single variant without redoing the rest.

  • Build lists inside Social Card Maker

Making a list in the tool rather than arriving with a spreadsheet, exporting it for next time, and keeping it with a Brand Kit if that helps. Sample cards would let you settle the look before you have a list at all.

Recently shipped

Landed recently, and working today.

  • One workbench for everything

Every tool sits in one place now, grouped by the job you are doing, with your favourites to hand and a home page that remembers where you got to.

  • A sidebar that gets out of your way

Fold the tool list down to icons, move it to whichever side suits you, and see more of them at once on a wide screen. Less clutter while you work.

  • Your work stays yours

Anything a tool remembers is filed under the account that made it, so sharing a browser with someone else never means sharing your work.

  • Switch tools without losing your place

Hop from one tool to another and back, and what you had loaded is still sitting there. Nothing to load again, nothing to set up twice.

  • Pick up where you left off

Keep what you are working on in this browser and reopen it later from the same tool. A storage page shows everything Funky has kept on your machine, and lets you clear any of it.

  • Sounds, and a switch to mute them

A small sound when a control responds, so you can tell something happened without watching the screen. One switch turns them off.
